Ghostsitter Book Review
I had the opportunity to review Ghostsitter by Shelly Brown before it comes out this year on October 1st. I love that this book is scheduled to come out the month of Halloween! This is the perfect book to get that spooky feeling and shivers down your spine!
I could not stop reading this book when I started! I was determined to finish it in one day while I homeschooled my kids, cooked meals and everything else a mom does during the day. I must say my many tasks were accomplished and I got it read in one day!
The whole time I was reading I kept telling my 12 year old that this was the perfect book for her to read. She just got into scary books and I know this is one she will love.
So what is Ghostsitter about? A girl named Tiffany has one thing on her mind. She wants to become class president but the outside spooky world has different plans for her. It all started with Tiffany almost dieing in the story and the next thing you know she is seeing ghosts! Is this really real? Could it be real ghost?
Her friend Justin has been seeing ghost for a long time. Tiffany thinks he is just crazy because there are no such things as ghost. Justin on the other hand knows what he sees.
This story is told from the view points of Tiffany and Justin. You will learn how each of them sees the world. Justin’s world has become pretty normal to him but Tiffany’s world gets turned upside down by ghost children.
I don’t want to give away too much of the story but I will say once you start reading this you won’t be able to stop! This is a book I think any middle school aged child would love to read! I loved it and I am 35 years old!
